OUR COMPANY BACKGROUND

Unique Management Approach Sdn Bhd was established in 2002. We thanked our ex-advisor, the late Y.Bhg. Hj Affendi Tun Fuad Stephens. With his blessings, vision and strategies helped the company developed clients' interest of their training needs of which we continue to provide high quality training under UMA banner.

The company's paid up capital was RM100,000.00 and we have three (3) directors operating and contributing to the organization’s success and future of the company. These directors coming together in one mind, one soul and one determination with their collective experiences and contributions from the industry to form these strategic alliances to gain its company revenue.

Unique Management Approach Sdn Bhd (UMA) is a dynamic company that has become one of the training providers in Malaysia today. It has become synonymous with the word excellence; we understand and care about our clients’ training needs. We anticipate our clients’ constantly evolving and growing training needs in today’s fast paced environment and work together with them to ensure that their training needs are met. Their quest towards world class excellence is our quest.

Our training programmes enabled our clients to increase their productivity and performance particularly, by the introduction and transfer of some of the latest and best practices and solutions from some of the world’s leading companies. New skills and knowledge are acquired by our clients’ personnel from our excellently designed courses and experienced trainers.

We were established in Malaysia in 2002 and presently have approximately twenty five (25) local trainers, who are some of the best trainers available locally. They are also connected to Leigh Bureau (SM), a leading professional training provider based in United States, Institute of Leadership Management (ILM), a leading professional training provider in United Kingdom and ASCENT from Singapore. As such we would be able to call on the services of world-renowned visionaries and leaders in every field, in addition to our own excellent local trainers.

The reason for our success is simple – All of our courses are thoroughly researched and custom designed by our Training Consultants and Producers to suit the special needs in today’s challenging and changing environment. We guarantee total and complete satisfaction from our many excellent courses and programmes.
